Biography

Dr. Wenliang (Bill) Li is a faculty member in the Department of Physics and Astronomy, specializing in nuclear physics with extensive research experience. He actively collaborates on major experiments at Brookhaven National Laboratory and Jefferson Laboratory, where he serves as the spokesperson for experiment E12-20-007. His research group comprises Dr. Hem Bhatta, a postdoctoral researcher stationed at Jefferson Lab; two graduate students, Sweety Kakkar and Zichen Yin, stationed at Mississippi State University; and a remote undergraduate student Roman Dzhygadlo from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in Kiev, Ukraine. The group's research focuses on exploring the proton structure and advancing detector research and development projects.
