Teaching in Sustainable Bioproducts

The Department of Sustainable Bioproducts has a small undergraduate student cohort, with less than 10 students currently enrolled. Graduate students outnumber undergraduate students, but many courses in the department are designed to be collaborative across both groups. Undergraduate students may select between Business and Science concentrations and must complete 121 hours of coursework to complete the Bachelor of Science degree program.

Dr. Stokes is the undergraduate program coordinator and works with all incoming students. She advises half of the undergraduates, while Dr. Gwendolyn Boyd-Shields advises the rest.
